God's love at the heart of life
Every month we invite people to join us for Tea@3.00.
Our aim is to provide an opportunity for older people, especially those living alone, to enjoy each other's company and to make new friends.
We meet in the church hall at 3pm on the third Friday of every month and start with a quiz. Sometimes it gets quite competitive and there's always chocolate for the winning team! We then have some form of entertainment, be it comedy or a short nature video, a game or singing.
This is followed by a Thought For The Day and we end the afternoon with plenty of time for chatting over cups of tea, a variety of tasty sandwiches and a lovely selection of cakes.
